Nothing, see doc.: New babies need to be checked. DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING FOR COUGH!!!!! Also, use only fragrance free detergents, soaps, lotions. No baby powder. Don't use candles, aerosols, or any fragrances or irritating cleaners in the house, they are irritants to the respiratory tract, skin, and eyes and increase risk of chronic diseases of the skin and resp. tract. See Doc this week. See links in comment.

SYMPTOMS?: What are her symptoms? She may need to be tested for allergies as this may not be "cold" at all

See a Pediatrician: If your baby is under three months, you should take her to your pediatrician for exam.

Not cold !: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages & exposure to dust, fragrences, smoke & other irritants.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion & produces rattling with breathing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment & this will happen less.
