I haven't had my period since before surgery on 8/17/15. hpt was negative. could i be pregnant or what could it be? i'm normally very regular.

Surgery and periods.: Surgery is a major stress on the body. Stress is a common cause of changes in menstrual patterns. Be sure you don't take the change of getting pregnant anyway and use protection. Otherwise, ask your surgeon when you can expect normal periods to return and when you should get checked if they don't.
