What allergies?: What sort of symptoms are you having with allergies? Do you know what's triggering your allergic symptoms? If you are having itchy eyes, you could try otc allergy eye drops. If you are having runny or stuffy nose, then you could try saline nasal sprays and possibly Pseudoephedrine (as in Claritin d). If you know what you're allergic to, avoid them. But you should always consider seeing a doctor.

Plenty of options: In general the treatment for "allergies" will be avoidance, medications and allergy vaccine therapy. Avoidance requires seeing an allergist to be tested and identify your allergen triggers. Medications include antihistamines, nasal steroids and leukotriene blocking medications. What works best for an individual will depend upon the symptoms they have. If one medication is not helpful, see md.
