Tubal surgery: Tubal microsurgery to reverse tubal ligation or repair damaged tubes are still performed in some centers, although not as used to be decades ago before the advances in assisted fertilization technology, so long you have your ovaries and womb functioning well you stand a good chance for having more kids, consult an infertility specialist, good luck

Fresh eggs: It may be technically possible but a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible.
