Not bad but...: At this age you should have lots and lots of energy that would not necessitate energy drinks. Stay active and eat healthy.

No, why should they: You should verify that the ingredients are healthy and nutritious. Then you can have them as and when you need to drink. What is your goal/objective in using such a product??

Energy drinks: Read label before having energy drinks. Most contain large amounts of caffeine and sugar. Diabetics avoid. Caffeine can cause palpitations, anxiety and insomnia. See: http://kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/sports/energy.html I hope this helps.
