Phlebitis or Bust.: Best not to worry whether or not it's a charley horse or not. Be concerned if it is a blood clot. It's a perfect location and the symptoms match. You need to have it examined immediately, as the end result could be potentially catastrophic. Stay off of it, apply heat and get to the urgent care.
