Serum sodium leves: Serum sodium levels should be between 135-145. A level of 135 is a borderline reading at worse. It would not cause headaches or low blood pressure.

No: No, that is just low range of normal and probably an incidental finding. Other causes for you headaches and blood pressure issues should be sought.
