Probably not serious: "Two shots for infection" suggests the long acting form of penicillin (benzathine penicillin G). If so, this sort of injection site problem is fairly common. It's harmless. If no redness and the swelling is gradually smaller, there's nothing to worry about; it will clear up over the next few weeks. But if it continues or you remain concerned, return to the doctor or clinic where you were treated.
