PDE-5: These are brand names for products that are not available in the US. However, the first one (Vigoro) seems to be another name for Viagra (sildenafil) which is used to treat pulmonary hypertension and erectile dysfunction. The others appear to be herbs/supplements - so they do not have an approved use as prescription medicine(s). Hope that helps!
