Diabetic diet : For diabetic patients, any sweet fruits or juice. They can have some kind of fruits like bananas and of course the total calories should be controlled base on the body mass.

IN limited quantity: Juice has natural sugar, so that could rise the glucose level. Go see your doc. He can set up a referral to a dm educator and help you with your diet. There may be other foods that you are eating that could be a rising your sugar levels...Also your doc should be seeing you 3-4 times a year as a diabetic anyways.
