Possible arthritis: You may be experiencing the beginning of inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis . You should see a rheumatologist for blood tests, x-rays and possible therapy including nsaids, analgesics. If a collagen disorder is found you may require steroids, methtrexate or biologics.
