What is the different between nasonex, (mometasone) patanase, and ipratropium nasal sprays? can / should they all be taken together?

TooManySprayDays: One's a steroid, one's an antihistamine and one is an anticholinergic.Bet that confused you.Depends on what you have and how bad it is.Usually those sprays are added sequentially as needed, but have you just tried a nasal decongestant(adrernergic)like Afrin 12-hour?In any case this should all be discussed in detail with your doctor.Ideally you should use the minimum number but all 3 won't kill you

Can be, but: nasonex (mometasone) is a local steroid, patanase is a local antihistaminic, and ipratropium nasal is local antichilnergic, all are prescription medicines, can they be taken together? yes, but under doctor's supervision and follow up
