Go to dentist or MD: With throbbing and pain in teeth, infection needs to be ruled out first, which can be done by your primary doctor or urgent care.

Dental or medical: Most probably dental issue, for example tooth or gum infection, trauma, malocclusion, fracture, etc. if medical could be neurologic, muscular, etc. start with your Dentist. If Dental cause ruled out, see Physician.

More info needed...: Other than being a female, we have absolutely no information about you, not even your age. Please see a local dentist to be examined, diagnosed, and treated.

Can't say: Cannot determine without more info/examination. Can be clenching/grinding overload, root sensitivity, exposed dentin on top edges from wear. See your Dentist ASAP for diagnosis and tx. Good Luck.
