Diabetes, Sleep prob: I understand your concern. I admire you for sharing your obesity, lower belly pain, use of Nebulizer inhaler, Acetaminophen and Excedrin. It is likely that obesity has contributed to Diabetes, respiratory problem, sleep problem; Metformin causing headache and lower belly pain. Sleep during the day time is likely due to depression. Follow with your Physician. See a Psychiatrist for depression.
