My daughter has a low grade temperature (100.3), and she has 3 doses left of augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) that was prescribed. how can she have a temperature?

Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate): Is an antibiotic, not an antipyretic, she most probably has a viral illness, not taking enough or needs another medicine, we don't have any more information, kindly take her back to her doctor
