Half-life norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen): Is 4-5 hours. It takes approximately 6 half lives for a drug to be eliminated from your system. 5*6/24=1.25 days. Rec.: if you are concerned about the drug test best thing to do is stop taking the drug.
