Cold: Keep going. You're getting better with your current treatment. May take some additional time to get totally better. One nice thing about azithromycin is that it is in your system twice as long as you take it. I suggest trying rinsing your nose with some saline and trying some guafenesin with dextromethorphan. If you have persistence for longer than 5 more days, then should see you doctor.

Have no idea.: Zpack is no longer the recommended drug. It fails in 1/3 strep and MOST gunky infections from other germs. If worsening phlegm. IT FAILED. Most URI's are viral and all antibiotics fail. On average viral bronchitis symptoms smolder for weeks. Serious complications from untreated bacterial ones are under 1/1000. Mostly, seems won't matter. BUT most asthma meds help symptoms in URI.
