Yes they could: Because the sinuses surround the eyes on all sides, any sinus infection can cause pressure build up and cause eye pain. See an ENT doctor and get a sinus X-ray study. For temporary relief you can buy a bottle of Dristan or Afrin nasal spray and use 3 puffs into each nostril 3 times a day.
