Yes: It will require several visits to greatly reduce the hair numbers. Lasers work only on actively growing hair follicles (many are in 'resting' stage at any given time). You will come back at set intervals to be able to catch the majority of growing hairs needed to accomplish your goals. Most chest/ab hair is dark, and lasers do best on dark hair for removal (seek color).
