No: By ear canal, you mean ear drum? The canal is the opening. The amount of trauma required to push your ear drum into your brain would be devastating and short of a major, life threatening injury this really isn't something to worry about.

No,: the ear canal is an opening in the skull. Major head trauma could cause a depressed skull fracture and bone fragments could injure the brain, but that is a much different scenario.
