Do i need to clean my ear canal?

Yes: Wax and dirt can buildup and lessen your hearing ability without you recognizing it. Some wax buildup is so thick that you may need to get a solution from your pharmacy to dissolve the wax. Be careful and follow directions exactly to keep from puncturing your ear drum.
