Cyst: Its likely an acne cyst. They are firm nodules under the skin that can be painful and get bigger when infected. Don't touch the cyst, keep it clean with a benzoyl peroxide cleanser 1/day. You may need to see a dermatologist for antibiotics and further treatment.
