I am having some spotting after my period. i have to take a urine test after 2 days as part of a medical test for a job. how do i stop the bleeding?

You don't need to.: You do not need to stop your bleeding to have a urine test done. Just make sure they know that you are still on your period. A couple of ways to decrease the chance that the blood contaminates your sample is to wear a tampon and to make sure you follow the directions for using the clean wipe, pee a little into the toilet first, and then catch urine in the cup.
