Anti pyretics: Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for fever control. Push fluids. If fever isnt gone in3-4 days consult a physician.

Other symptoms?: High fever usually indicates infection, it can be caused by virus or bacteria. How long have you had? What other symptoms do you have? More info is needed.
