Nausea can be: from many sources. If vomiting up after 3-4 hrs of eating something different, and mild fever, it could be food poisoning, though abdominal cramping is common with this. Nausea could also be related to gallbladder disease, acid reflux in stomach, infections in the digestive tract, pregnancy, hormonal changes such as menopause, cardiac heart attack, or medications.
