Allergic Rhinitis: Allergic rhinitis, when accompanied by sinus congestion, can cause an increased pressure in the inner ear, which can cause ear pain, headache and dizziness. The fatigue may stem from restlessness due to nocturnal cough secondary to sinus drainage. Best of health to you!
