I suffer pain in the muscle below my left shoulder blade. it starts off as a burning pain and as it progresses it's like white hot tingling pain. ?

Nerve pain: Sounds like pain from "pinched nerve". Several causes of pain from pinched nerve; artheritis, herniated disc, narrowing of foramin (holes) that nerves leave spinal cord from. The burning type, hot pain is consistent with nerve pain. Questions to consider; worse with movement, deep breathing, fever or swelling in one or both legs? Does the pain radiate anywhere? This could mean something else.
