Talk to your doctor: Talk to your OB doctor and your infant's neonatologist to learn whether there is any likelihood of having the abruption happen again. Most of the time it is an "accident" in the womb and not anyone's fault and very unlikely to happen again. However, you really need their detailed help to get over your guilt and anxiety.
