I have been having stomach pain for a couple weeks now since i missed my period, i took 5 hpt but all came out negative, am i pregnant?

Cannot say: but the pregnancy tests are not reliable until about 2 weeks past expected period, so previous ones are not necessarily valid. also 1 in 3 people on a given day have some stomach complaint so coincedence would be very likely.
