Metallic taste: Sometimes when you have post nasal drip or sinus drainge, tooth infection,reflux you can get a metallic taste , rarely medical conditions, DM, thyroid kidney, dry mouth syndromes, Zinc ,B12 def ,chromates, medications, food allergies or pregnancy. Try Zyrtec ( antihistamine), and prevecid an antireflux med and see if helps . Check glucose. TSH May need antibiotics if sinusitis. f/u w/ doc
