High bilirubin : It's hard to say exactly without more information. There are two kinds of bilirubin measured, conjugated and unconjugated. Bilirubin is made in the body and broken down (conjugated) in the liver. Knowing which type is elevated help figure out if you're making too much or not eliminating fast enough. There are diseases (Gilbert's disease) that cause mild elevations that are not a problem.
