I'd be very careful: You are already on accutane which is a very potent med which is only indicated for severe pitting acne. It also has a history of causing teratogenic effects in fetuses even after you have stopped taking it. Unless you look like one of those Startrek characters I would try to get off of that ASAP. As to the tretinoin you list that you're already on isotretinoin so you shouldn't take both!

Accutane: I would not recommend tretinoin cream as it can dry you out further on any part of the face. While you are on Accutane, you should only use gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sublock.
