How long can you use hydrocortisone on face ?

7 days max: Never use steroids on face, neck or mucus membranes, for more than 7 days without medical supervision, to prevent side effects like steroid-induced acne. Once the condition responds to treatment stop. If it worsens or is not better in 7 days, see a doc. 10 days is the max length on other parts of the body.
