Chlamydia infections: Can't tell you if you are pregnant or if you have PID. Since you are sexually active and late - would recommend taking a home pregnancy test now. Regarding PID - have you been ill? Your doctor can help to make that determination if you have been ill.

Confusing...: Chlamydia or PID usually don't delay period, but of course pregnancy does. Does "both medications" mean treatment for each of your two chlamydial infections? Or more than one antibiotic for the latest one? The second drug, usually a shot of ceftriaxone, is for gonorrhea. If PID was suspected, you need more treatment. Make sure partner(s) treated and no sex during treatment! Discuss w/ your doctor.
