Possible ADD: Have you always been one to "forget a lot?" If so, this forgetfulness may not be related to your Sickle Cell Disease complications at all. You should have an evaluation by a Neurologist who can do specific testing for ADD and rule out more serious neurological reasons for your symptoms. If you are diagnosed with ADD, there are medications that can help if you are a candidate.
