Probably ganglion: Known that melanoma can metastasize to every organ and site in the body. Those lesions that metastasize usually Breslows 1.5-2mm in thickness and were at high risk with nodularity and ra needle aspirate will indicate if lesion cystic or solid at which time path report needed
