Breast sores: Please see your doctor and let her evaluate whether these are concerning. Most superficial skin lesions are not concerning but it needs to be looked at in order to make that decision.

See Dr: Sores on the breast have multiple etiologies, but the most worrisome would be a form of breast cancer. Make an appointment today to see your doctor. I know it's a scary thought, but delay may make an easily managed problem more serious. Call your doctor, and explain your concerns. Best wishes.
