Maybe bile, fat: Pale, yellow, foul smelling. Bulky, sticky stools can be seen with fat malabsorption , as may be seen with pancreatic disease, cystic fibrosis, celiac sprue, crohn's disease, olestra use, Alli use (with excess fat intake). Of course, yellow stool could just be that you ate a lot of carrots and squash. If it continues, if you have cramps, weight loss, nausea, pain, etc. See your doc.

Yellow stool: Yellow stool can be the result of overly rapid transit of stool through the colon, insufficient bile salts or infection. It can be seen in people w gastroesophageal reflux disease as well.
