For the past few days my stool has been losse and watery. at first it was yellow then turned orange, i haven't had a bowel movement aswell what is it?

Need more info: In general, unusual bowel patterns pass without any reason for alarm. Increasing your fluids and fiber intake will encourage regularity and "return to normal." If you are having worsening abdominal pain or increasing numbers of unusual bms, I'd seek medical care.

Viral, food related: Watery and loose stools without the fever and abdominal pain could be due to multiple causes. Food poisoning, viral or bacterial
gastroenteritis could be some of them.
Yellow or orange stool could be secondary to the color of the food: carrots, cilantro, squash, sweet potatoes. Lack of the bile in the stool because of fast passage through the intestine could cause the yellow color too.
