Congenital, skin: Hypomelanosis of ito is congenital (present at birth) , with various presentations depending on chromosome mosaics, most commonly recognized by lighter colored whorls of skin. There may be multiple congenital abnormalities involving neuro, skeletal, dental and dermatological manifestations. It is usually identified in the first two years of life.
