A few questions: Is her eye red? Is the vision undisturbed? Does she have an allergic history or recent exposure? If this is simple allergy she can use over the counter anti-allergic drops. If the itching is in the skin, she might need cream for this. Otherwise have an ophthalmologist evaluate this if it is persistent.
