What can i do to help with sciatic pain?

Sciatica: One way to help with pain from sciatica is to stretch your piriformis muscle. The sciatic nerve travels through or under this muscle so when it tightens, it compresses the nerve. Ways to stretch this muscle can be found here: http://www.Spinal-health-care.Com/tips-a-advice/piriformis-stretch-2/.

Many: It depends on the extent of pain you may try medications and rehab however if the pain is severe you can see a pain management doctor for an epidural injection. If you have failed multiple modalities surgery is an option.
