Clomid (clomiphene): Clomid (clomiphene) should be used only for the purpose of trying to get pregnant for women that have ovulatory dysfunction. Since Clomid (clomiphene) regulated your periods, it sounds as if you have an ovulation-type problem. Clomid (clomiphene) only works when you are taking it but once you stop, your menstrual cycles will revert back to how they were before clomid (clomiphene). You should check with your gyn to see how to proceed.
