See a physician: Your symptoms could be concerning for a herpetic infection such as herpes zoster oticus (Ramsay Hunt) for example. Treatment would require antivirals and steroids along with treatment of any concomitant issues such as a conjunctivitis if the eye is involved or otitis externa if the ear is involved.
