Check again: Check again in a week. If its still negative you are not pregnant, or miscarried a very early pregnancy. You should know that Birthright is a biased anti-abortion clinic that exists to talk women out of having abortions. I wouldn't trust anything they said personally and would get advice at an actual doctor's office.
