Blood pregnancy test: I am assuming that both tests were urine pregnancy tests. When there is a discrepancy between urine pregnancy tests, a blood pregnancy test is usually used find out for sure. If the test at the hospital was a blood pregnancy test, it is likely correct. A UTI won't interfere with the results of a pregnancy test. You could also wait a week and test again. Best wishes!
