Take a test : If you think you might be pregnant then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Goosebumps are not known to be pregnancy symptoms

Are you pregnant?: Goose bumps are quite common during pregnancy. Usually the symptoms get better. Treatment with OTC or prescription meds would depend if pregnancy is ruled out. Feel better
