Why do you get cold like symptoms during early pregnancy?

See MD: Anyone is able to catch a cold, and being pregnant is not any more of a risk than not being pregnant. If you do have a cold and a fever, please be seen by your OB because fever may cause many issues in a pregnant lady. Stay well.

Cold sx: pregnancy ?: Pregnancy in general produces more active growth in the lining of sinuses, and other mucus membranes. This can cause obstruction in breathing, and lead to a "runny nose" and sinus headaches. Ask your obstetric provider for advice in reduction of these symptoms.
