Naphcon-A: Is a combination medicine, an antihistaminic and a decongestant, it would work on short term for symptoms relief, but on long term use, wouldn't be advised especially the decongestant part, olopatadine/ketotifen work on the long term, no immediate action, ising Naohcob-A for the short tetm and st tge same time initiating olopatadine regularly is a good option, then hold the Naphcon-A, use it PRN
