I am currently using naphcon a eye drop which works wonder for my reddish eyes. i have some serious hay fever. but ketotifen eye drops doesn't work th?

Individuals vary.: I love Naphcon-A too! Very, very inexpensive as well. 2nd generation antihistamines, like ketotifen may be less effective than some 1st generation antihistamines like Naphcon-A (2 drug combo. Interestingly, if you took the oral equivalent of pheniramine (1 of the drugs in it) it can be very sedating, but this is not as much of a problem when used in the eyes.
